Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to sustainability consulting and HR services.
Plan and execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Project Support:
Support project team in data collection, analysis and report writing
Organize workshops, webinars, and conferences to showcase the company’s services and expertise.
Represent the company at industry events and forums.
Content Creation:
Coordinate to produce high-quality, engaging content (e.g., articles, blogs, social media posts) related to sustainability and HR services.
Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s tone, branding, and sustainability values.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize digital channels, including website, email newsletters, and social media.
Track performance metrics and analyze campaign outcomes to drive improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners to promote services effectively.
Build relationships with media outlets, and sustainability networks.
Sustainability Communications:
Develop educational materials and campaigns on environmental engineering solutions and HR best practices.
Promote the company’s sustainability initiatives, certifications, and impact stories.
Persyaratan
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields.
1+ years in marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably in sustainability or HR-related industries.
Proven experience handling marcom at consulting company is a plus
Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and creating engaging content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms).
Design skills with knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are an advantage.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing efforts.
Passionate about sustainability and HR development.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Strong project management skill.
