Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Lead the initiation, implementation, and evaluation of HR projects tailored to client needs.
Conduct needs assessments, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver impactful solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and client meetings as required.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Develop proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with market demands.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to expand the company’s network and client base.
Analyze market trends to inform service innovation and competitive positioning.
Oversee the allocation of resources for project delivery, ensuring optimal team performance.
Develop and refine processes and systems to improve operational efficiency within the Human Capital department.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of project team members as needed.
Monitor and report on project performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Persyaratan
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting or human resources services.
Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering high-impact projects.
Strong business development for identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
